Welcome to Mind Clinic's Device Compatibility Checker. With our at-home ketamine treatment, visits with your Mind Clinic physician will be completely virtual, meaning you never have to leave the comfort of your own home to have your doctor's support!
For your consultation to go smoothly, the list below has the minimum requirements for your device. To be safe, we recommend that your device has at least double the specifications listed (i.e. 8GB of RAM, 10 Mbps upload/download speed for your physician, and/or 15 Mbps for video conferencing) to ensure an At-Home ketamine treatment.
This information below will help ensure that your devices meet the minimum requirements, providing seamless functionality with our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The virtual meeting works on a Face-to-face encounter with the physician (click on a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone) to check your compatibility.
If you are unable to complete the telehealth appointment due to technical reasons, please let us know and we can refund your medical service fee. Although we encourage you to take a moment to explore any technical issues, because we truly believe your health is worth it.

- RAM: 8 GB minimum (16 GB recommended for HD video).
- Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection with at least 5 Mbps upload/download speed for HD video conferencing.
- Webcam and Microphone: Built-in or external.
